  • HOW DO I CREATE AN ACCOUNT? 

On the top right of your screen, you will see a Login or Sign up option. Select Sign up and provide the necessary information to create your account! 
You can join our newsletter to receive information on promotions and events whenever we have any!

  • I HAVE FORGOTTEN MY PASSWORD! 

Click on forgotten password and enter your email address in the box. Receive email notification by clicking the link to change the new password.

PAYMENT

  • WHAT PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU ACCEPT? 

We accept all major credit cards: VISA and MasterCard as forms of payment online.

  • HOW DO I KNOW THAT MY PAYMENT IS ACCEPTED? 

You will receive a transaction confirmation email. It will reflect the details of your purchases.


SHIPPING & DELIVERY 

  • HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE FOR MY ORDER TO BE DELIVERED TO ME? 

For local delivery, it will be around 3 to 5 working days. (Mondays to Fridays, excluding Public Holidays)  *Peak period 3 to 7 days.
For international shipping,  we will ship out within 3 working days to the shipper. Once the order is shipped out, a tracking number will be sent to you, allowing you to check on shipment details.

  • CAN I REQUEST IT TO BE DELIVERED ON A SPECIFIC DATE AND TIME?

We do not have an option for customers to select a time and date to deliver their orders. The delivery will be managed by a 3rd party courier service and we do not have control over the schedule. 

  • WHAT IF I HAVE NOT RECEIVED MY ITEM? 

You can check your Order Status online or email us at sales@toymana.com. Our staff will be glad to help you.

  • WHAT ARE YOUR SHIPPING RATES LIKE? 

For local delivery, the delivery fee is a flat fee of $7(Shipping charges may change without prior notice)
For international shipping, delivery charges vary based on weight and the country being shipped to. 

RETURNS & EXCHANGES 

  • WHAT ARE YOUR RETURN AND/ OR EXCHANGE POLICIES? 

For incorrect or defective items shipped, we have 7 days (14 days for international delivery) Returns Policy upon receipt of the order by the customer, subject to the following terms and conditions:

  1. Items should be in the original new condition with all original packaging and accessories (including but not limited to peripheral, packing materials, manuals, warranty cards, and any other documentation included with the original shipment).
  2. Sale items are non-returnable For any damage to the product as a result of a manufacturing defect or deviation from factory specifications, we undertake to fully refund the cost of any defective products. 

FOR BANDAI MODEL KIT -Missing or defective parts in the kit. 

  1. Please kindly ensure that the parts are intact before opening the CLEAR PLASTIC WRAPPER. 

If an issue was found. 

  • DO NOT OPEN the clear plastic wrapper.
  • Take a photo of the issue.
  • Email and briefly explain to us the issue with the photo attached.
  • Place the items back in the original box and wait for our reply.

A scenario where exchange or replacement is not accepted.

  • Clear plastic wrapper is opened.
  • While building the kit.
  • Sign of clear cut mark.
  • Bandai has not informed us of the issue.
  • We do not have similar cases even after checking our existing kits.

DISCOUNT VOUCHER CODE

  • Discount voucher codes can be either converted from promotions held by Toymana, or from Gift Cards purchasable from the store.  

GIFT CARDS

  • Gift cards are purchasable as products from the store and they can be sent as gifts via email to your friends and family. Email us at sales@toymana.com for further detail.

    FOR PRE-ORDER PRODUCT DELIVERY.

    • Toymana is committed to fulfilling all pre-order products soonest possible. 
    • Self-collection will ensure the earliest option to receive your item.
    • But if you are unable to collect it you may opt for a delivery option and if you are entitled to free shipping you may also opt for self-collection.
    • All amendments cannot be changed 3 working days before the stock arrival.
    • Any pre-order product above $99 will be entitled to free shipping.
    • You may also opt for the self-collection option by leaving us a message when you pre-order the product or email us anytime if you change your mind. 
    1. Example: The product arrived on Monday. The product will be packaged and delivered subjected to a valid delivery date Tue to Fri.
    2. Example: Customer purchased a pre-order product which is under $99 but with the other purchase of the product you met the free shipping requirement. The existing product will be delivered but the pre-order product will be self-collection only. 
    3. Example: Customer purchases multiple pre-order products and each of them is below $99. But the total value is entitled to free shipping. We can only ship once. The option will be to hold on to all pre-orders to arrive before delivery or to pay for the additional delivery fee. 

    DIMENSION & WEIGHT.

    • The measurement in the detail box is referring to the packaging/box size. For product measurement if any, it will be written in the description box. Eg. 1/144, 1/100, 8". The weight is based on the shipping weight or packaging of the product as such it will not be accurate on the actual product. If you require more detail about the product, do contact us for more detail. 

    CURRENCY. 

      • All prices shown on our website is in Singapore Dollars [SGD].
      • GST/Tax is included in the price shown on our website.

      Can I make a trip to your store to purchase and pay using cash?

      • Toymana is an online based store. We do not accept any form of cash and all transaction can be done on our website only. 

      Where, when, and how about our self-collection information? 

      • Where are we located at?

      No.1 Kaki Bukit Road 2, Eunos Warehouse Complex, #03-01, Singapore 417835. [ Take the lift nearest to the guard house loading bay 1 ]

      • How can I collect it?

      Please wait for our email to be sent out for collection. Show this digital email to us for verification.

      *Please check your spam/junk mail. The alternative is to “add to trust” our email address, sales@toymana.com

      • When is your collection point open?

      Monday to Friday (Excluding public holidays). 10 am to 12 pm & 2pm to 5pm. We are closed on the weekend. (Please use the loading bay 1 lift, nearest to the guard house).


      *Do take note that we may be closed on certain weekdays for company events. Please follow our Facebook as we will update our customers if there is an announcement.

      I need the product urgently. Could I get the product delivered today?

      Currently, we cannot fulfill delivery within a day. Our delivery is managed by a 3rd party company. Their policy is to collect today and delivered within the next 1 to 3 working days.

      The only option to have the item on the same day of purchase is to make your order before 12noon, you may collect your item in the afternoon. This option is available for self-collection only.

      *Do take note that we will do our best to fulfill all our orders as soon as possible and we do not guarantee the same-day self-collection policy.
