Delivery

Domestic Shipping (Singapore)

    • Delivery Charges:  $7.00 per delivery.
    • There will be no delivery on Sunday & public holiday.
    • 1 Delivery and 1 Re-attempt delivery. Thereafter, an additional delivery fee will be charged for the 3rd delivery attempt.
    • If delivery personnel was unable to reach customer by phone, email or sms after a failed attempt. Item will be returned to Toymana. Thereafter, a delivery fee will be charged for re-delivery.
    • Delivery lead time is up to 5 working days. 
    • Additional charges for shipping to a remote area. (Sentosa, Changi Airport Offices, Airport Logistics Park) See (Appendix A: Restricted Area) at the end of the page.
    • Additional charges for amendment of delivery location.
    • Once the parcel is handed to the delivery company. Cancellation of order due to customer’s decision or fault, even if customer entitled to free shipping. Customer will be payable for the shipping fee or a shipping fee will be reduced from the refund of the item.

    • Order before 1400hrs(2 p.m), parcel will be packed ready and pickup by the shipper on the same day. Any orders after the cut-off time will be pack and pick up the next working day.

      We use 3rd party couriers and do not own any of them. Therefore, we are unable to control the date and time deliveries are made. Request for a specific delivery date and time are made at best effort basis only and are subjected to the courier company's efficiency and service standard. Tracking Code may be provided once it has been sent out, you can trace your item whereabouts via their respective website by keying in the tracking code.

       

      International Shipping

      1. DHL Express*** Delivery Time - Approximately 3 - 7 working days depending on the order's shipping address. We will send you the tracking number and tracking URL via email. Please kindly take note that there will be an Emergency Situation Surcharge Adjustment – Effective July 1, 2020.       2. Directlink** Delivery Time - Approximately 7 - 30 working days depending on the order's shipping address. We will send you the tracking number and tracking URL via email. (Contact us if you wish to use Directlink).

      3. Delivery time may be delayed during festive periods. 

      4. Buyer is responsible to ensure that the product can be lawfully imported to destination country before placing any orders and is to bear all relevant charges on shipping, import, and customs duties.                                          
      5. The amount of shipping charges shown was estimated so there may be circumstances that we will contact you again for additional shipping charges.

      Self Pick-Up

      1.  A confirmation email will be sent to you when the items have been packed and ready for collection.

      2.  Print out the email to collect your item from the address stated below.
