Returns

We only accept returns for items that are unused, unaltered, and with its original packaging and accessories.

  • Exchanges are accepted within 7 days (14 days for international delivery) upon receipt of order by customer.
  • Kindly email sales@toymana.com with your order number, and a photograph of the defect
  • We will respond within 3 working days.
  • Free postage will be provided for the replacement piece for all items acknowledged to be defective or wrongly shipped.
  • All defective or incorrectly mailed items have to be returned to Toymana.
  • Items mailed back to us must be unused, unaltered and packed together with its original packaging and accessories.
  • Customers will be notified through email once we have received the package.
  • Please allow 10 working days for the package to reach us.
  • If the replacement piece is no longer in-stock, Toymana Credits or a refund of the same form of payment as the original purchase will be issued.
  • Refunds may take up to 14 days for off peak period and up to 21 days for peak period to take effect.
  • Oversea customers will take responsibility to ensure the parcel arrives at our return center. 
  • All return shipping fee will be paid by the customers.

Toymana reserves all rights to reject any requests without providing any photographic evidence, damage to the product was self-inflicted and not a result of a manufacturing defect or deviation from factory specifications. In addition, we reserve the right to cancel any order with any reason. This will be regardless of whether the payment has been confirmed/received. Payment for canceled orders will be refunded and the user will be informed.
