These terms and conditions apply to the Toymana site located at www.toymana.com, and all associated Web sites linked to www.toymana.com by Toymana, its subsidiaries and affiliates. Please read these terms and conditions carefully before accessing or using our website. BY USING www.toymana.com, YOU AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS.

These Terms and Conditions govern your use of, and any purchase from, the Toymana Site, and constitute an agreement between you and Toymana. Toymana reserves the right to change or modify any of these Terms and Conditions or any policy or guideline of the Site at any time, and in its sole discretion. Any change or modification will be effective immediately upon posting of the revisions on the Site. Your continued use of the Site following the posting of its changes or modifications will constitute your acceptance of such changes or modifications.

For Pre-order and shipping.

  • Items added in cart overnight may not be eligible for promotion at time of checkout.
  • Shipping fee may be collected separately when the item arrives and ready to ship as most of the time manufacturer unable to provide dimension and weight of the product.
  • Arrival date may change without prior notice.
  • We do not hold responsible for items delayed or not able to fulfill orders due to manufacturer’s allocation or delay in shipment.
  • If we have 10 pre-order of the items from the customers but manufacturer only ship 5 of them. We will give priority to the first 5 customers/orders.
  • Full payment will be collected for all pre-order items in Toymana.
  • Toymana reserves the rights to cancel or reject any pre-order.
  • Customers who cancel the pre-order before stock arrival will be refunded by Toymana credits.
  • We will accept an exchange if only the item was a manufacturer’s fault and acknowledge by the manufacturer of the fault.
  • Customers will not be allowed to select on the serials number or any specified requests. All items will be pack accordingly.
  • Toymana is committed to fulfilling all delivery but we cannot guarantee to ship out the item on the same day of arrival to all customers at once.


For orders, promotion, shelf wear, storewide promotion code and gifts.

  • Only one promotion can be used at a time.
  • Promotion code is for one-time usage per customer.
  • Storewide promotion code is non-applicable to pre order, promotional, limited edition and exclusive products. 
  • Toymana reserved the rights to cancel the promotion without prior notice to you.
  • Free gift or purchase with purchase promotion are on while stocks last condition. Toymana reserved the rights to amend or cancel the gifts at any point of time without prior notice to you.
  • Toymana reserved the rights to cancel any orders if there is a system glitch and initiate full refund to the customer.
  • Promotion code can be used on www.toymana.com only.
  • Promotion code with minimum amount spent doesn't include shipping charges.
  • Toymana reserved the rights to cancel any order or closed the account if suspected of any fraudulent activity or misuse of our accounts to purchase item over the stated limited quantity.
  • Shelf wear products are non-refundable and non-returnable. They are brand new products but due to poor storage, the exterior of the box are damaged.
  • Toymana will cancel all orders with pricing error, system accepting order when sold out, managed to purchase at promotion expired pricing.
  • Toymana reserved the rights to amend the Terms and Conditions without prior notice.
  • FOR BANDAI MODEL KIT -Missing or defective parts in the kit. 

Please kindly ensure that the parts are intact before opening the CLEAR PLASTIC WRAPPER. 



If issue was found. 

  • DO NOT OPEN the clear plastic wrapper.
  • Take a photo of the issue.
  • Email and briefly explain to us the issue with the photo attached.
  • Place the items back to the original box and await for our reply.

Scenario where exchange or replacement is not accepted.

  • Clear plastic wrapper is opened.
  • In the midst of building the kit.
  • Sign of clear cut mark.
  • Bandai has not inform us of the issue.
  • We do not have similar cases even after checking our existing kits.
